Meet Andy, Director and Founder of Double Glazing Masters. Andy brings almost two decades of experience in the uPVC Double Glazed Windows & Doors industry.
Having worked extensively in Europe, where double glazing is a standard, Andy has cultivated a rich knowledge and deep passion for high-quality glazing solutions. Proudly operating in Queensland, Andy started the company from his bedroom and has grown it into a respected name in the industry, dedicated to delivering exceptional products tailored to Australia’s unique tropical climate. His eye for detail and dedication to excellence are evident in every project.
Andy frequently attends uPVC conferences and training workshops in Germany and the UK, ensuring he stays at the forefront of industry advancements. As a family-oriented and community-focused individual, Andy believes in building strong relationships with customers and enhancing their homes and lifestyles through superior glazing solutions.
His leadership and vision continue to drive Double Glazing Masters towards setting new standards in the Australian double glazing industry.
Andy is not just a business visionary but also an enthusiast of 4×4 driving and V8 cars, passionately following Supercars.

Meet Paul! Born in the UK and raised in South Africa, Paul brings a unique blend of cultural experiences and expertise to Double Glazing Masters. A passionate entrepreneur turned double glazing guru, Paul has been an integral part of our team since we began manufacturing uPVC Windows and Doors.
As our Senior Customer Services Manager, Paul is dedicated to working closely with clients to deliver the perfect product to meet their needs. His extensive knowledge and experience in the industry allow him to guide clients towards solutions that best suit their requirements.

Meet Bree, Customer Service & Coordination Specialist Gold Coast born and raised, Bree brings over 8 years of customer service and coordination experience to Double Glazing Masters.
A friendly and kind individual, Bree is passionate about her work and takes great pride in ensuring the satisfaction of our clients. She works closely with our clients, as well as our manufacturing and installation teams, playing a key role in keeping everyone connected through excellent communication.
Bree’s enthusiasm for life extends beyond her professional achievements. She enjoys quality time with friends and family, camping, and boating. An adventurous spirit, Bree once did the controlled free fall jump off the Auckland Sky Tower, an impressive 192 metres!

PRODUCTION MANAGER
Meet Cole, our Production Manager. Originally from Nelson in New Zealand, Cole moved to Australia and has brought with him over a decade of experience in fabricating uPVC Double Glazed Windows and Doors. For the past two years, he has excelled as the Production Manager at Double Glazing Masters.
Cole’s meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality control have been key factors in his promotion and success. As a loyal and trusted member of our team, Cole ensures that our high standards of quality are upheld in every project.
His leadership brings out the best in our production team, maintaining a clean and organised workshop that is conducive to superior craftsmanship. Cole’s dedication and expertise are vital to the success and reputation of Double Glazing Masters.

Meet Amber! A talented Window & Doors Fabricator born and raised on the Gold Coast, Amber has been a skilled window fabricator for the past four years, previously working with aluminium before joining Double Glazing Masters.
Her expertise and reliability make her an invaluable member of our team, and she shares the same commitment to quality and customer satisfaction that defines our company values.
Amber’s dedication to her craft and her consistent performance ensure that every window she fabricates meets our high standards of excellence. Her presence contributes significantly to the seamless operations at Double Glazing Masters, and her strong work ethic inspires those around her.
Amber’s personal interests include cooking and skateboarding, hobbies that reflect her dynamic and energetic personality. She is married to Jackson, who is a member of our install team, making them a fantastic duo both at home and at work.

Meet Dmitry! Born in Russia, Dmitry’s journey has taken him from his homeland to New Zealand, and finally to Australia in 2022. With extensive experience fabricating windows in Russia, New Zealand, and Australia, Dmitry brings a wealth of knowledge and a high level of craftsmanship to the Double Glazing Masters team.
Beyond his professional expertise, Dmitry is a very talented artist with a passion for drawing, painting, and sketching. His artistic skills reflect his keen eye for detail and precision, which translates seamlessly into his work as a window fabricator.

Meet Ewan! Originally from the UK, Ewan moved to Australia in 2022 with his girlfriend, Hannah, and has since become an invaluable part of the Double Glazing Masters installation team.

Ewan’s dedication to his craft and his keen eye for detail make him a trusted member of our team. With over 5 years of experience as a window fitter, Conor initially began his career in hospitality before finding his true passion in window installation. His background in hospitality has equipped him with exceptional customer service skills, which he seamlessly integrates into his current role.
Conor’s dedication to quality workmanship and approachable nature make him a valued member of our installation team.
Conor enjoys camping, 4×4 driving, and soaking up the sun on Aussie beaches. He has even worked in the beautiful Hamilton Island, where he combined his love for the outdoors with his professional expertise.
