What is the Household Energy Upgrades Fund? The Government is investing in energy improvements for Australian households. The $1.3 billion Household Energy Upgrades Fund (this fund will provide $1 billion to the Clean Energy Finance Corporation (CEFC) to turbocharge financing options for household energy upgrades) will create low‑interest loans and fund upgrades to social housing to improve energy performance.
